Up for bids is a beautiful old bisque figurine inscribed December 26, 1911. Since it was a
present given on Boxing Day, I thought it would be nice if it could change hands again on the same
day, 96 years later. The figurine is of a young girl holding a rocking horse toy. She has yellow curls,
pink cheeks, and is dressed in the Edwardian clothing of the time when the piece was made--
she's wearing a pink and white coat and pink hat--her clothing is accented with tiny gold and white
beads. The back is plain except for the marking Germany, the inscription "Olive to Rebecca", and the
date. T is an old stable hairline which I can't even catch my fingernail on. The figurine is 9" high.

OOPS! Guess I should've used BOTH hands to count those days!! Oh well. But since I'm "revising",
I will add that we'll be out of town until the 30th, so the first day I will be able to ship will be 12/31.
