DESCRIPTION: Offering this lovely old German parian doll. Unmarked as many were reference shows similar made by The Kister porcelain Company, ABG, Hertwig and others, 1880s+ Germany. I do not know her past history but I will try to describe her the best I can. Measures a nice cabinet size, 9" tall being a bisque shoulder head, bisque hands with molded fingers intact, with kid leather cloth body, the lower legs are cloth. A sawdust filled body with no leakage, one legs is a bit shorter than the other. I see no cracks or chips on this shoulder head. A "sweet" face with painted blue eyes, black liner over the eye lids, brown brows she has closed mouth with long accent line through the lips. Lovely blush on her I notice a little "paint restoration" on the tip of her nose. S he has molded painted blonde hair with curls. Some wear on her hair and throughout doll but nothing too terrible. Wears a vintage drop waist dress with safety pin closure down the back, I believe hand made especially for her. She wears knit booties on her feet. I have taken plenty of photos.
