Vintage Violet Blue Glass & Brass Stick Pin ! Here's a beautiful, antique stick pin for you. I believe that the set piece on this pin is either glass or highly polished stone. (Looks more like art glass to me though, but I'm no expert.) The cameo disc is colored purple and dark blue with somewhat iridescent splotches. It is really quite pretty. Difficult to photograph though, so I've included a number of angles and different contrasts. (Oddly, if you're using a flat screen monitor, you can get a better picture of the pin if you stand up and look down on the photo.) The pin measures about 8.25" long. The disc is held in a banded, brass ring. The disc measures about 1.25" across. The pin appears to be in excellent condition. Certainly a very interesting and unique addition to your collection.
