This is a very rare and impossible to find antique mohair dog. I believe that he might be a Farnell, since he has a lot of the characteristics of a Farnell. His nose stitching is indicative of Farnell, as is the quality of the mohair and construction. Please note that I am not guaranteeing that he is a Farnell since I do not know for sure. He feels like he is excelsior stuffed. He was blue or blue tipped at one time since you can see hints of blue to his mohair which has faded or turned to more of a silvery bluish shade. He has glass eyes, a short tail and a nonfunctioning squeaker on the bottom of him. His floppy ears look like they may have been reattached or restitched at one point. There is some overall thinning to the mohair and some patches here and there of mohair loss, most notably on the top of his head and on one ear. This is one very nice dog with such a sweet face.
