ANTIQUE AMBER ETCHED APOTHECARY JAR Up for auction is a beautiful antique apothecary or candy jar. It's quite large and stands about 14 3/4" tall to the top of the lid (10 3/4" without lid). The sides of the jar are decorated with 4 vertical bands that are amber stained. Each amber band is etched to clear with intricate designs. One of the bands has a "deer in the forest" design and the band on the opposite site has a rabbit (or hare) in the forest. The bands in between have an intricate scroll pattern. Please check my positive feedback if you have any reservations about this purchase. Condition of this elegant jar is EXCELLENT with no chips, cracks, or fleabites. It has a few minor scratches and some read more
