No Reserve. Superb and well over 100 years old. Either Moser or Heckert. Great overall enameling with two portrait applied glass cameos on either side with one being shorter than the other(possibly chipped or made this way). Bright yellow and gold enameled decorations in Victorian style. Zipper type spoke applied to stem as are four prunts....which were gold gilt and again decorated. Bubbled hollow stem. Lots of dotting all around. Superb original condition other than the one cameo...no flecks or damage...some extremely minor wear to gild. Also, this glows under a blacklight. Rather substantial glass. Measures 7 3/8" tall. I start this very low and without reserve. A fantastic piece. I SHIP to the WHOLE WORLD are a list of my business preference/necessities.....nothing is engraved in stone, but I have to list this stuff to cover my rear end. I try my best to do the right thing, and I am not perfect. I realize one bad transaction can ruin a great relationship. "One bad apple can spoil the rest of the bunch"(per my Grandma's 95 years of wisdom). 1. All items guaranteed as described to the best of my ability. Having said this...I sell antiques/vintage items 99% of the time.....so I may miss that micro-fleck or spot(I am a one man gang and am constantly on the move). But, I do my best to note any obvious value decreasing wear and tear. If I miss something, please bring it to my attention so I may fix this to your satisfaction. 2. U.S. Shipping figured within continent and is normally via FedEx, but occassionally USPS. Hawaii/Alaska via USPS and usually costs a few dollars more than quoted in listing. Items going over $250 may require $2.50 fee for signature confirmation through FedEx(for paypal transactions or per customer request). If you have problems with recieving packages ....Please let me know. I always recommend work if safe/convenient as FedEx/USPS can just drop packages. International shipping on items paid through paypal and less than $250 are shipped via USPS insured airmail....over $250 USD and paypal requires EMS with tracking/signature or likewise. Surface shipping and other specific mailing requests other than air and fully insured/EMS only if NOT paid via paypal(see below). INTERNATIONAL Pay via other than paypal and I can ship whatever method and without insurance or at value determined by purchaser but at purchaser's risk. Still cannot claim as gift. 3. Over $300 USD may require international money order, bank to bank wire transfer(plus my bank's transaction fee) or other U.S. currency options such as cashier's checks etc. & any other options may be suggested by buyer. I am not responsible in any way for customs taxes or other individual countries restrictions....this is the Buyer's responsibility to know his or her import laws/duties etc. I will help any way I can, but I have to know in order to help. 4. I pack most items and spend a small fortune on new boxes, quality bubble wrap, and packing peanuts etc. THE ONLY REAL INSURANCE IS THE Quality of PACKING and MATERIALS USED TO PROTECT YOUR PURCHASE . Ever tried filing a claim or read the disclaimers on any major carrier? Most items are NOT covered for damage by insurance(mostly against loss in transit by them/paper goods etc.)...even though you are thinking you are paying for damage coverage. I have done a major amount of shipping and receiving....not just for my ebay offerings. The requirements of the box, to be covered for their insurance, for shipping through most major parcel services(other than USPS) w...
