This is a great old brass picture frame. It is 7 1/2" x 9 1/2". At the top is the eagle with his wing spread out holding wheat and a shield in the middle of his chest. All four corners have the same eagle design. I did not polish. It has the old brass finish. and has the glass. It will not stand up.The stand is gone. This is a quality well made picture frame. I left the old black and white photo . This frame would be great ot display with good old time Americana .
