Item: Antique Brass Walker's Compactum Letter Balance Postal Scale with 3 weight measurements including 1/2 oz, 1 oz and 2 oz. Also marked Patent Applied For and the number 15 in several places. Piece is undated but looks late 19th century circa 1880's-1890's Condition: Very good overall with nice patina, strong details and nothing broken damaged or missing as far as I can tell Additional Item Information: Measures about 4 3/4" long folded up, and 8 1/2" long unfoldedExtremely rare piece, only one I could find sold on eBay UK back in October, 2013 for 830 pounds (over $1300 USD) Shipping Information: No International shipping available Please see photos for closer details and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
