Antique Brass Wall Lamp Plant Holder Victorian Gaslight

I know this is a genuine antique, but I don't know its age. It hung in my parents home for decades. Obtained from my brother who was an antique dealer and also worked for Burlington Northern at one time. My mother used it to hang a plant in her kitchen window. For that reason, t is some light rust on the inside edges of the holder (see photo). The designs on this piece look like stylized railroad engine fronts. Also, very victorian. T are no markings on this piece to identify it. The arm piece mounts on a wall hook that is attached to the wall by two screws. The wall attachment is beautiful. T is a round bar prong that goes into a hole in the wall mount. The arm piece can be moved to any conceivable angle once it is inserted into the mount. Measurements: Wall mount is 5" long and 1.75" wide. Arm piece is 8" long going to the center of the suspended plate-like stand (which held the light or a plant). Arm piece is 4.5" long at end that fits into the wall mount and 4" long at center of the stand. Plate-like stand is 5.75" in diameter and 1" deep. Material is definitely brass or bronze. Weight is 2 pounds. ATTENTION: This is very similar to a knock-off made in China and sold by Lee Valley Hardware. This was brought to my attention by a very sharp-eyed fellow ebayer.
