ANTIQUE BRASS WOOD SEIKOSHA REGULATOR WALL ROYAL CLOCK WE ARE OFFERING AN ANTIQUE 1920's REGULATOR CLOCK WITH ALL BRASS WORKS. IT IS A COPY OF AN ANSONIA SCROLL CLOCK MADE AROUND 1900. BEAUTIFUL LARGE STYLIZED SHAPE WITH CARVED LEAVES ALONG THE SIDE. LARGE CLOCK FACE WITH BRASS BEZEL. ARABIC NUMERALS IN AN ATTRACTIVE FONT. CLEAR WINDOW PENDULUM DOOR A WONDERFUL SCROLL ROLL ACROSS THE BOTTOM WITH DECO STYLE BALL FINIALS AT EACH END. ROLLED BOTTOM SECTION BEAUTIFUL STYLISH DESIGN. HEAVY RICH DARK CHOCOLATE LAQUER FINISH ORIGINAL PENDULUM AND KEY LARGE CLOCK ROYAL LABEL ON THE BACK T IS AN "S" FOR SEIKOSHA ON THE FACE DIAL T IS NO MARKING ON THE BRASS CLOCK WORKS. RINGS WITH A DEEP DISTINCTIVE DEEP GONG ON THE HOUR ONCE FOR EACH HOUR OF TIME THE SCREWS IN THE BACK COVER HAVE BEEN REPLACED MEASURES: 23 1/2" TALL X 13" WIDE X 5" DEEP - CLOCK FACE DIAL MEASURES: 8" DIAMETER CONDITION: EXCELLENT ANTIQUE CONDITION - WORKS PERFECTLY. T IS SOME WEAR IN THE FINISH OF THE IVORY WHITE FACE DIAL - ON THE RIGHT - JUST OUTSIDE EDGE OF "3" IS WORN THROUGH. THE HINGES OF THE PENDULUM WINDOW DOOR ARE SLIGHTLY WOBBLY, REMAIN FUNCTIONAL. EXCELLENT FOR ITS AGE. THIS CLOCK WAS SERVICED AND CLEANED & REFURBISHED BY A PROFESSIONAL CLOCK REPAIR PERSON, AND IS IN FULL WORKING ORDER. I HAVE HAD THIS CLOCK RUNNING IN MY HOME FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND IT RUNS BEAUTIFULLY AND KEEPS GREAT TIME.
