THIS IS A DINING SET MADE BY BRICKWEDE BROTHERS IN MARIETTA, OHIO. IF YOU GOOGLE BRICKWEDE BROTHERS YOU WILL FIND THAT THEY MADE ONLY THE FINEST FURNITURE FROM 1917 UNTIL THE FACTORY SOLD IN 1959. THEIR FURNITURE IS BECOMING VERY COLLECTIBLE. BECAUSE OF STORAGE ISSUES, I'M LISTING THIS SET WITH NO RESERVE!!

THIS SET IS ESTIMATED AT AROUND 1940.

THE WOOD IS SUNTAN CHERRY WITH MAPLE. THIS IS SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOOD I'VE SEEN. ALMOST BURLED.

IT IS A VERY STURDY SET AND WOULD BRING SATISFACTION TO YOUR FAMILY DINING EXPERIENCES FOR YEARS TO COME. DEFINATELY HEIRLOOM FURNITURE.

THE CONDITION IS LIKE NEW. THE CHAIRS STILL HAVE THE ORIGIONAL STICKERS AS WELL AS THE MAKERS CHALKMARKS. THE UPHOLSTERY IS A MAUVE PINK COLOR, THE CLOSEUP IS NOT EXACT, BUT THE OTHER PICTURES DEPICT THE COLOR BEST. IT IS ORIGIONAL AND IS "COTTON AND JUTE WASTE". IT HAS NO TEARS OR STAINS. T IS ONE MASTER CHAIR (TOTAL OF SIX CHAIRS)

ALSO ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CHAIRS IS A STICKER THAT SAYS " COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY HARRISBURG REGISTRY #161.

THE TABLE MEASURES APP. 62" X 47" AND HAS A LEAF THAT WILL ADD ANOTHER 12".

YOU WILL BE SO PLEASED WITH THIS SET!

PICK UP IN ATHENS, AL.

THANKS FOR LOOKING AND PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I CAN GIVE YOU MORE INFORMATION.

LOT # 600

I WAS DUSTING THE SET THIS AFTERNOON AND NOTICED ON ONE END OF THE TABLETOP (SEE PICTURE OF WOODGRAIN) IF YOU RUN YOUR HAND ACROSS IT, IT FEELS ROUGH. JUST ABOUT ONE FOURTH OF THE TOP FEELS THIS WAY. PROBABLY NEEDS A LIGHT BUFFING, BUT I WANTED TO ADD THIS TO BE FAIR TO YOU. THANKS!
