is an old beauty! T is no makers mark on this bridle rack. It does look very similiar to others I have seen made by J.I. Mott Company in the 1800's. The cast looks to have been painted brass color and each rung is capped with a beautiful old wood. The iron though painted now has a rich brown patina to it. This will be gorgeous once cleaned. The rack is 7-1/4" long and x 8-1/4" wide. Very unusual design, sort of a saddle horn shape and speaks of an era gone by. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns. This item weighs 7 lbs unpackaged for mailing. Thank you for your interest.
