~~RECENTLY PURCHASED AT AN ANTIQUE ESTATE SALE~~ Beautiful and highly ornate figural bronzed ewer on stand...picked up recently at a prestigious auction house w the previous owner was a collector of many fine high end art pieces and collectables... ...i'm unsure of this piece's age, i know it is old...please note some condition issues with this piece, (see pics)...i believe the upper and lower bronze part may have been re-glued to the middle base...some scratching and fading on one side of the middle face...i believe the middle part is painted, as you can see some scratching off of the paint, with exposed bronze... ...the piece is fully intact, however, when you shake it, you can hear some rattling going on inside, i'm unsure what it is! the hole on the top is too small to reach in and see... ...the ewer without the stand measures 17" high, 9.5" wide... ..each part of this piece has ornate carvings or figural motifs...see pics...from the very top all the way down to the base...not enough pics to capture all of them...the stand that the ewer comes with is not bronze, rather a lightweight gold stand... ...total weight of this piece is 7.5 llbs... ...beautiful ornate motif on face of ewer... ...no broken parts that i can see, however, this piece could use a good clean up (removal of old glue), etc...no markings that i can see, is naturally aged... ...quite the unique piece, will instantly add drama to any part of your home... ...PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE PICS... ~~ADD TO YOUR COLLECTION...START ONE TODAY...CHRISTMAS, BIRTHDAY OR ANNIVERSARY, WOULD MAKE FOR THE PERFECT GIFT~ ~CHECK OUT MY OTHER ANTIQUE ESTATE FINDS INCLUDING ALL MY OTHER ARTWORK!
