ANTIQUE AMERICAN YELLOW WARE PITCHER HOUND HANDLE ROCKINGHAM GLAZE 19th CENTURY I SHIP WORLDWIDE Offered in this sale is an 19th century American stoneware - yelloware - pitcher with a brown rockingham glaze. It measures 10" tall and is 9 1/2" across from the handle to the spout. The base diameter is 6 1/4". It has a figural hound handle. The body has a relief molded pattern featuring a deer, rabbit and cat on one side (1st image) and a boar, bird and I think another cat (6th image) on the other side. The condition is very good. It has one shallow 3/8" scallop chip on the edge of the spout (4th image), otherwise, t are no other chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines or restoration. Please feel free to email with any questions.
