This sign was hanging in a small South Alabama country store until 1964. The exact age of the sign is unknown but the owner of the store was quite old back then and he stated that the sign had been part of the store for as long as he could remember. The sign is 13.25" x 9.25" and is made of metal with a cardboard back. The picture features a beautiful young lady holding a bottle of Buffalo Rock Ginger Ale. The bottom left corner holds the adverting legend of, "Keep Healthy, Drink Buffalo Rock Ginger Ale". The sign was hung with a picture holder with a spring middle. These signs are pure Americana and are very much sought after. The sign has some scratches and dings but nothing you would not expect for something this old.
