Those Victorians had a fancy item for every little thing, and this item was used to turn a book page while your reading.... Its made from 2 pieces of Mother of Pearl ( MOP ) Abalone sea shell and the handle is carved and reticulated ( cut out ) . One side of the blade is engraved and signed " Josey Dempster ". .. Size, 7-3/4" long.... No damage, no chips, no cracks, no repairs...This item looks better than my pictures show... . NO RESERVE.. NO PAYPAL payments.
