Antique Almost White Nephrite (Jade) Carved Panel Snuff Bottle with Gold Tone Metal Mesh and Floral Design Frame, Coral and Turquoise Crown Set Stopper.I recently purchased an estate collection of 108 antique snuff bottles and boxes. These items have been packed away and stored since the 1980s. They range in date from the 18th century to the 1930s.Since I am not an expert on Asian antiques I realized that the eBay community would be the best determination of value. Please look at photos closely as I am proving only minimal descriptions.Over all size is 3-3/4". Condition is vintage, very good. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The bottle features hand carved panels of what appears to be white jade with tiny windows on each side with mirror backs. The panels are very reflective and I was unable to get a good photo of the carved design.The frame of the bottle is composed of a gold tone (gold??-brass??) metal mesh outlined with intricate floral design. The bottle is heavy so it may be made completely of metal with the jade panels.The stopper reminds me of a crown set with turquoise and coral. Spoon is gold metal also.
