ANTIQUE CARVED WALNUT PANEL circa 1900âe(tm)s âe"over 28 inches long and 7 ¼ inches wide. This is a press carved walnut panel with 9 playful children, one playing the mandolin, another playing the flute, with playful children dancing amidst trees and flowers. INFORMATION: The panel is walnut with a veneer over the front. Weighs 2 ¾ pounds before any packing materials. Slight bow in the center of the panel âe" see photo. Would easily disappear if you framed the panel or mounted it to a piece of furniture. Really doesnâe(tm)t distract from the panel. Finish on the wood is in good condition - Good rich color to the walnut. A few nicks and scratches on the corners of the panel âe" very slight. Panel is about 1/2 inch thick, plus the thickness of the carving. WOULD BE GOOD JUST TO HANG THIS AS A DECORATION ON THE WALL if you didnâe(tm)t want to mount this on a piece of furniture. ALL SALES FINAL. I am selling items that have some age to them. Naturally t will be irregularities and flaws in the wood, just because of the age. I will describe an item as best I can, and will try to picture any irregularities or missing parts, but ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID!
