I would guess German, Black Forest or English and about 200 years old. Very well done and interesting...great conversation piece. 1 pound 8 ounces, unpacked. I do not profit from postage! What I payed for postage will be displayed on packing label. Any shipping cost that exceeds your payment will be refunded. .
