Up for auction is a stunning antique carved wood footstool with a wool needlepoint, tapestry covering. The footstool measures 10" tall x 14 5/8" x 11 3/4" wide. Each leg has a carved accent at the top and the edge of the stool is also carved. There is some slight wear on the wood along one side of the rim near the tapestry insert and one of the corners at the top edge is slightly chipped. This is not too noticeable and does not take away from the lovely carved design. The tapestry insert does come off should you want to recover it. I love the design and it does go well with any Victorian and even a southwestern decor. Shipping Costs: Buyer to pay shipping cost to be given at the end of the auction, or you may inquire and I can provide that information to you during the auction proceeding. I reserve the right to cancel any bid if the bidder’s feedback is poor. Large and/or heavy items or items with multiple pieces will be charged an additional handling fee per listing.
