National Cash Register Model 313
Nickel Plated Solid Brass
This is a beautiful nickel plated brass register.
The nickel plating is perfect with no chips or worn spots.
The cash drawer front was mad in solid nickel to prevent the plating from wearing off with use
For a register made a 105 years ago it's obvious it has been taken care of.
Everything works including the money counter, lid opener counter etc..
All keys included, extra key for lid, and work except one side key sticks.
The serial number shows it was made in 1905.
It has the original Marble with no cracks or chips.
The original Marble rarely survived because of opening coin rolls by banging on it.
Most registers for sale have either cracked marble or a white glass replacements.
It has the original wood base.
As far as I can tell after doing some research the top sign is original but not being an expert on these things I could be wrong.
The serial number tag is missing but that can be replaced.
The two dollar bill was in the register when I got it some years ago and is included with the sale.
Included also is a receipt spike.
I had this on my bar at home and I am removing the bar and do not have the room to keep it otherwise I would not be offering it for auction.
I am describing it as accurately as I can and I hope the pictures will cover anything I left out.
