Offering this very old and large cast iron lady doorstop with Early American attire. It is in excellent condition and shows honest age and wear. The patina is old, worn and original and is an antique white wash. The second picture was taken in a different light and shows the facial detail better. It has no damage; no breaks, chips, repairs, etc. Just the honest age wear to be expected from a very old piece. She stands 10 1/2 inches tall. She is 2 3/4 inches wide across the front of the bonnet and is 6 1/2 inches wide across the middle, and she is approx. 2 1/2 inches deep. It is a very heavy doorstop that will hold open a very large and strong door. It is also nice enough to be used as a decorative accent piece or even a bookend. Marked with impressed marks on the back as shown: Pat. Pending and the three "symbols" that I am not sure of. They might be a 7 and triangle and another 7? It is an excellent old doorstop and you will love it. Thanks for looking. Please ask about shipping costs if they seem unusually high because the calculator is often not correct.
