HENRY CHART MFG. CAST IRON SAFE DEPOSIT SAFE BANK PAT. 1885 You are bidding on a terrific old cast iron "safe deposit" bank with a combination lock. This bank is 5" tall and 4-1/2" square. It had decal images on the top, most of them have worn away now. There is a coin slot on top. The combination lock is brass and works with the combination written and taped to the underside of the bank. It is embossed, Henry Chart Mfg. Detroit Mich. Pat. May 12 1885. There are some paint losses and scratches to the old piece, but it seems pretty indestructible and will certainly keep your coins safe.
