A great old farm equipment seat most likely from a plow (which was POs main product line) but could have been used on a tractor or any other type of implement needing a seat. Made by the Parlin & Orendorff Co. of Canton Ill. in the late 1800s or very early 1900s. It measures approx. 16 ½” x 14” and weighs in at 15 lbs packed. I have removed the majority of the rust with a soaking in a mixture of white vinegar and water followed by a light scouring with steel wool. Then a light application of WD 40 to prevent any flash rusting. Beyond that would be up to you. Local pick up at no charge a definite possibility. I would advise UPS ground for something this heavy but USPS Priority would also work. I am not an expert but will describe items to the best of my ability and will always sell the item I have pictured. All items are sold AS IS and if you have concerns, please let me know BEFORE you bid. Any other photos wanted, please contact me. Will ship within 24 hours of payment (excluding Sundays and Holidays) Thanks and Paypal only please.
