For your consideration, I have a very old antique cast iron wash pot with the letter "H" and # 20 printed on the bottom. It has 2 gates on the bottom and friends tell me it was made between 1850 and 1900. I know the people visiting this site will know the age of this old pot. It has never seen an Ebay screen before. This pot is in very good shape with no cracks, no chips, and no repairs. It has 2 strong heavy duty handles and 3 very sturdy legs that keeps the pot sitting good and steady on a flat surface. The walls of this pot are about 3/8" thick - it is about 22 1/2" across - it is about 14 1/2" tall, and about 70" around. All original and never been painted. Can be used in many different ways for cooking, and washing clothes. Would be a great addition to any primitive collection, and would be a nice display and great conversation piece of over 100+ years ago.
