This is a very early childs sewing machine....could be a salesman sample....I purchased it at a very wonderful primitive auction back in the 90's for my sewing collection...I had it appraised at that time for $700.00...I think it says Harlett or Bartlett Patent Novelty...it is hard for me to read what is in the little section on top and my camera doesn't pick it up very well...but there is def a "lett" at the end of the name...it is in very good condition..I have always had it displayed...so whether it works or not I do not know...everything seems to be in good working condition as I turn the wheel...but I truly know very little about this machine...I am pricing it to sell...please message me any questions, I will be happy to answer what I can about it...it measures 9 1/2 by 8 1/2 at its farthest points...thanks for looking and God Bless...♥
