i am unfamiliar with what this piece is but i have been using it as a china cabinet. it ia very old and almost looks like a pie safe but it has glass in the doors andround hole in the sides if the cabinet like a pie safe. i am selling the piece due to i have no room for it in my kitchen remodel. buyer is responsible for picking it up , i will not ship the cabinet. it also has 2 drawers in the front of the cabinet. i am not sure of the wood species , but looks similar to oak although i don't think it is.
