Rare Highly Decorated Circa. Mid 1800's Large Size, Hard To LocateAntique Chinese Clay Stoneware Tobacco Smoking Pipe Damper Bowl This is an ANTIQUE Museum display item is sold for Display Purposes ONLY. This is NOT sold for or intended for modern day use in any way. DESCRIPTION: What an Intriguing and Beautiful Piece this is. This is an antique ceramic or clay tobacco smoking pipe damper bowl. The body is a Brown Color with a Beautiful Inlay Beige Circle surrounding the top rim. It is stamped with the makers mark and date mark on the bottom side of the damper. This larger size Antique Damper Bowl measures approx. 2 7/8" in diameter by about 1 7/8" tall and approx. 5/8" in diameter at the bottom of the collar. We have several photos of this pipe bowl to help give you a better idea of the size and condition. This is an ANTIQUE display item and is sold for DISPLAY purposes only. This is NOT intended for modern day use in any way. Decorated Antique pipe bowls like this one sell for $250.00 and higher. We've recently decided to sell some of the antique items that we've held onto for all this time.
