THIS MONTH WE ARE OFFERING CHINESE ANTIQUES FROM LOCAL ESTATES...NEXT MONTH AN ENTIRE COLLECTION OF ANTIQUE SNUFF BOTTLES FROM A 94 YEAR OLD MAN, WHO RECENTLY PASSED AWAY. CHECK MY OTHER LISTINGS DESCRIPTION: On offer is this interesting lot of 3 antique, Chinese Monochromes...2 vases and a water pot. The water pot bears a Qianlong mark and is possibly of the period, 1736-1795. It has a glaze somewhere between peachbloom and liver red. The blue vase has a Junyao glaze...it dates to the 18th/19th century. The final piece has a flambe glaze...also dating to the 18th/19th century. It has excellent glaze control at the foot. DIMENSIONS: Junyao vase: 5" X 2 5/8" X 1 1/2" Flambe vase: 5 7/8" X 2" X 2" Waterpot: 1 7/8" X 2 3/8" X 2 3/8" CONDITION: The flambe vase is in excellent condition. The Junyao vase has foot chips and a line at the rim which is under the glaze. The water pot has a tiny "touch up" at the rim. They are sold as seen in the pics.
