The Last reigning Empress of China was The Dowager Empress Cixi (T'su-T'si)...She designed and commisioned this design for porcelain...in the year 1894....and it was produced from that time until her untimely death in 1908. are two small bowls from her amazing historical reign!! 2.5 inches deep (tall)x 5.00 inches in diameter...4inches tall(deep) on stands. Very colorful...yellow being the Imperial color...Magpies, and Iron Red Seal, etc.....Nice accent pieces for your fireplace mantle, Altar Table or bedside tables!
