I am not a knowledgable collector of Asian antiquities, but when I am at an auction or estate sale I usually try and pick up some pieces I find attrative. This piece, like the others listed this week, are from the estate of an avid collector of Asian Antiquities, he was in charge of the World Bank Asian division in the mid 20th century. This is a beautiful example of a turquoise glaze vase. Truly, very special and gorgeous. Stands a touch over 6 inches high. No chips, cracks or visible repair.
