Great old Chinese sewing basket with contents of old buttons and a 1914 needle holder. Basket has Chinese coins and glass beads. Also inside are 2 extra coins and 4 glass beads. The needle holder is paper and in amazingly good condition as it looks like it was well used. Has a flower on front and dragon on back. Some loss to paper on side when folded and a few tears but still looks good. T still are needles inside possibly original-look older. 4 labels inside with pat nos. and 1914 on each. The basket and lid in good condition-no holes or tears. T are a couple of loose straws on lid rim and base. Look like fairly easy repairs. Glass handle on lid is broken and broken part missing. Some beautiful old buttons.Many rhinestone with metal, plastic, bake lite, mother of pearl and belt buckles-2 complete sets. one set is an ivory color plastic or bakelite. Also many sets of like buttons. Basket measures approx 9" across lid. Fun old treasure. Please see other items. Thanks.
