THE MOST FANTASTIC ANTIQUE 19TH CENTURY COALPORT MINIATURE CUP AND SAUCER I'VE BEEN PLEASED TO OFFER. Just obtained from a local estate this c/s are in near perfect antique condition. I see no cracks, chips or gold loss. It looks to have sat in a curio cabinet for most of its life. This miniature size scalloped saucer measures approx. 3 1/2" across. The scalloped cup is 1 1/2" high and 2" across not including handle. The main color is a rich robin egg blue with a bright gold lining the cup and center of the saucer. This hand painted beauty is decorated with raised white enamel and lots of raised gold "dots". One of the main designs are hand painted gold fleur de leis. The cup is on 4 raised textured "branches" and the handle continues the branch like motif. It has the Coalport mark on the bottom of both c/s and what looks like A.D. 1756 ("England" on saucer only). The pictures can not truly show how beautiful this c/s. A fantastic addition to any collection of miniatures or c/s. Please email questions as all items are SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. WE ALWAYS SEARCH FOR THE UNUSUAL AND PRICE TO SELL. There are NO reserves. Shipping includes insurance. Thanks for looking.Posted with eBay Mobile
