Up for auction is an antique/collectable Farm Implement Wrench. This one is marked VAN BRUNT. T is not a center "spike" on the other side which the is more common type to find. It measures 7 inches long. Some of the wrenches purchased at an estate auction were painted and some were not. This one is painted green. Neat items from the past farming days. It is in "as found" condition, so expect the original rust and dust. No cracks or repairs. Would look nice for a display item in the antique room or put in your collection of farming tools. Most information came from Rathbone's Implement Company and Wrench book, including expected prices. This wrench can be found in Rathbone's book on page 469.The Van Brunt Company began in 1860 and sold out to Deere & Co. in 1911. If you have questions, please ask early. Will combine shipping when possible. I encourage insurance, but your option. Thanks for looking. Would make a great Christmas gift for the collector on your list.
