Beautifull large size antique oval convex/bubble glass, wooden frame picture of a young lady from the 19th (or very early 20th) century. This lithograph picture is an original from that time period. Hand written in cursive on the back is the name Hilma Ross. The wood frame is solid and sound and the convex glass fits tightly as it should. The measurments are: overall width 18-1/2" x full height 24-1/2". The opening in the rear of the frame for the glass and picture insertion measures 13-3/4" x 19-3/4". Wonderfull piece, scuptured hardened plaster over wood and gold painted frame. T are a few minor nicks and hairlines in the shiney hard finish on the frame from storage. Can be neatly and easily touched up if you so desire. Presents itself wonderfully as shown though. The convex glass is clear & scratch/rub free and the picture itself has no physical flaws that I can see. You'll be very pleased. Great buy Your questions and comments are welcome.
