INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS : PAYPAL ONLY ~ DUE WITH IN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE! BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE COPPER & BRASS SAMOVAR! Stunning piece...amazing work in copper and brass! Beautiful style and the overall condition is very, very good! We have a upswept, tall style to the main body that has a copper exterior. A bit of a usage dent and t but nothing major. Color is very good and would appear that someone did polish within the last few years. Brass handles are in excellent condition and very nicely designed. At the bottom of the piece we have a brass pinecone finial, which removes as well as the two brass plates below it. At the top, for the lid, we have a ornate brass finial which removes, as well as the piece directly below it as you can see in the photo's below. Finally, for the exterior, we have a wonderful clear amber glass or marigold glass handle for the on and off spout. Fabulous condition with no chips or cracks. Sets the design of the piece of perfectly! For the interior, we have it lined with tin ...t is a column in the center for coal perhaps, and a piece at the top which removes as you can see below. Interior seems to be in fabulous condition with no mars or problems. Truly a fantastic samovar ...one that we think you will enjoy adding to your collection or in use! Measures in at 22" tall . Ask questions if you have them...will be carefully packed and shipped promptly upon confirmation of your payment. Please note that due to shipping cost increases by the Postal Service effective May 14, 2007 , if your item is not paid for by May 6, 2007 and shipped prior to May 6, 2007 , t may be additional shipping charges required other than as quoted within the shipping calculator. Our apologies, but our banks are charging for clearing international money orders. USA Bidders : Your payment is due within 7 days from auction close via Paypal, or personal check/money order. Insurance is recommended , and not included in the shipping calculator quote. Please do not anticipate that we will "make good" any item damaged by the USPS or UPS systems due to mishandling. If you do obtain insurance, and have a claim, we will provide you with the proper paperwork, but you must proceed from your end with the claim. You may be asked to provide the original box and contents to the USPS or UPS prior to their processing the claim. Failure to do so will nullify their requirement to reimburse you for your loss.
