#8 As the previous pots I listed, I will do my best to describe and pass along any info that was shared with me about it. I have showed this piece, and all the others, to several friends of mine who have alot of knowledge in antiques. However you will need to judge for yourself, and ask any questions about the item before bidding. Due to size & cost of item to ship, I will not be able to do refunds. If anyone knows more about these types of pieces feel free to email/contact me. The owner purchased it and many other copper/brass pots (2 more will be listed, 6 others already sold), buckets and cooking pans from an old farm estate several years ago. After showing some of the pieces to a few people, we believe several pieces are antique, possibly Apple/Butter pails from around the late 1880-1900. Unfortunately it does look like someone, at some point, tried to clean and shine them up. The Current owner bought them in this condition, although not all pieces were cleaned/polished, mostly just the pails. This is our 8th item from the same estate. This little pail is very unique. Has a bell like shape and weighs about 3 lbs. As you can see from pics t are scratches, some dings and general signs of age & wear. Bottom is not flat but overall good shape. The handle has a design on it and some numbers, one side looks like 183 and the other side looks like 13 3 T are no stamps or markings on it from what I can see. It measures apx: 9 1/2 inches across the bottom, 7 1/4 inches across the top & 6.5 inches tall This is a wonderful & unique piece for a collection or antique decor. ***WILL SHIP TO PAYPAL ADDRESS UNLESS YOU REQUEST IN YOUR PAYMENT TO HAVE THE ITEM SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS*** If you have any questions please email me.
