I am told this was on the hotel counter when you came in and got a cigar this would cut the end off. It is a rare piece, in great clean as found condition. There are three cutting knifes on the 6 1/2" diameter wheel. The total length is 11", it stand around 7" tall and is 4 1/2" wide. This is made of a very heavy cast and is marked Germany.
