is a good antique braided leather quirt in good condition. The leather wrapped handle part is 6-7" long and 23" overall. Has great flex. I guess it date from 1890-1915 Shows signs of a lot of use but in good solid shape with nice flex, not stiff. No cowboy in the old West got on a horse without one. Always looped over the saddle horn or on his wrist. Hard to date, looks to be pre-1930s and could be older? . . . . . I sell all my listings WITHOUT a RESERVE. Payment is due within 9 days or I may re-list the piece!
