Questions are always welcome and we can send additional photos if needed but if asked too close to auction end we may not be able to do so in time or we may have the item packed so that we can send out invoices first thing day after the auction. We hope this will be a pleasant transaction for both the bidders and our consignors and we want do whatever we can to ensure that both parties are pleased - we will answer questions, provide shipping quotes, pack well and ship promptly. Keep in mind that these items are not ours, so our auctions need to be handled with more guidelines than other sellers require. U.S. POST OFFICE money orders only - contact us after the auction to get the mailing address so that we can verify you understand that we accept no other money orders or any checks of any kind. Between bidders not reading this and sending the wrong payment and fake or bad payments we have had to limit what we accept, we apologize to all the honest bidders, which we know is most of you.

Payment due within 10 days of auction end. We reserve the right to require the paypal payment be from a verified confirmed buyer so that we are eligible for seller protection. If we get no communication within 7 days or if correct payment is not received in the 10 days, non paying bidder alerts will be filed in order to get our fees refunded. Because this is a business appropriate turnover time is important, that is why we do not accept other forms of payments - we have to stick to a set schedule for payment time - our consignors are counting on us and we appreciate your understanding!

QUESTIONS : Because items are consigned to us we may know very little about that type of item or its history. If something is not clear, don 't guess or assume, please ask. If we are not familiar with an item we may not know something is missing, or if it is "right". We can not be responsible for restoration or incomplete items that we are unaware of. If we have described something incorrectly or missed something important please let us know so we can fix the listing or add a note - we welcome experts information. Photos are part of the description along with the written information.

BOX LOTS are not described individually but we will try to answer questions about a particular item you see in a box lot if possible. Box lots are as is as found no exceptions no returns, if something is obviously not in good condition we will certainly mention it, but we do not inspect every detail of every piece. Buyers have been very happy with our box lots, it saves on shipping as well as allowing us to list with no reserve and low starting prices.

SHIPPING : We apologize for not using a shipping calculator but we can not prepack every auction and we will not guess - neither you or I should end up short, but upon request we can provide a pretty accurate quote. We are trying to compare USPS, UPS and Fed Ex so be patient waiting for the invoice, it takes time. We charge what we pay plus the packing materials used as mentioned below. Box dimensions are required on many items to get a quote which means estimates are estimates as we are unable to determine exact weight or size until packing is complete . Delivery confirmation and insurance is required on all USA purchases, and insurance is required on all international purchases.
