Here we a truly stunning 100% original wooden crate RARE Age between c1888 and c1945 The company is original brewery co ltd cheltenham The crate is made by bath box co ltd C.O.B I have sanded the grim off and varnished in satin I must say it looks great{would like to keep but needs must} I think the wood is pine and still has the wire edges! Would look great in any kitchen/shop display living room I have done some research on the net- The story of this company can be traced back to 1760 wheb the Gardner family started brewing in cheltenham In april 1888 the cheltenham brewing co was registered The companies name changed in 1945 following the acquition of Hereford brewery ltd So it must be from between c1888 and 1945 Please see pics for condition This is very very old so will not be like the other reproductions you see on here Thanks for looking And please see my other items for more antiques
