This auction is for a rare antique 3 gallon butter churn. It is marked S. Hart. Fulton. It stands including the top 15.5 inches tall. It has a diameter of about 9.5 inches at its widest point. The cobalt graphics are in wonderful condition. On the lid are two chips which can be seen in the pictures. The crock itself has part of one of the handles missing. At the very bottom on the back side is a small amount of peppering. On the top lip, t are just a few very minor chips. T is one minor chip on the back bottom side edge, and one minor chip on the back towards the top. On the back t is a hard to see Y hairline. I tried to get a picture of it, but it was so faint it would not show up. The graphics are not faded and the cobalt blue is still rich and vibrant. This is a wonderful piece of old antique stoneware.
