CZECHOSLOVAKIA NO RESERVE This is an absolutely gorgeous and extremely unusual piece.THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC ANTIQUE PIECE OF CZECH GLASS.It is guaranteed to be 100% antique, made in the late 19th - early 20th century (1890' - 1910)It is signed on the back, (i tried to photograph the mark, however it was difficult to accurately show)the mark is an acid etched oval containing czecho in the top part and slovakia in the bottom part.The top of the tile design is in a raised relief design, of birds and a floral border.The molding of the glass and the design is of very good quality, very crisp yet soft. The glass appears to be made of a lead crystal, it is quite heavy and looking at it from the edge it appears very clear such as lead crystal glass.However the top is fully frosted, creating and accentuating a beautiful three dimensional effect.Unfortunately the photos do not do any justice to this gorgeous piece.This is either a tile of somesort or perhaps an insert read more
