SHIPPING : If you need a shipping estimate email us as to w it is going and we will provide one. We can not pre-pack all these auctions to get an exact weight so we provide estimates when asked. Estimates given during auctions are usually but not always close - box size can vary, weight of packing materials can vary, so we may be off a pound or two or an item could end up in a box size that changes the price once it is wrapped. If an item if being freighted it may take up to a week to get the final shipping price depending on the freight company's backlog. SALES TAX will be added to purchases by all New York State Residents unless you provide a valid Resale Tax number. If you have one you can remove the sales tax in the seller discount section of the invoice and provide the tax # with payment or in email form. Sales tax is based on w the item is delivered and applies to all shipping and handling charges, that is NY State law so we do not know the exact amount until after the auction. PAYMENT: We accept US Post Office money orders or Paypal from verified, confirmed and eligible Paypal accounts only. We require that the winning bidder contact us or reply to us within three days and that payment be received within 10 days of auction end EVEN IF YOU ARE PICKING UP AT A LATER DATE. DAMAGE/RETURN POLICY: If you receive a damaged item it should be brought to your post office to start a claim - do not throw away any part of the packaging until it has been inspected. The insurance refund is sent to the seller and once received we will send it to you. If you receive an item and it is not what we described, we will issue a refund once the item is received back and we verify that it is the same item that was sent. Items sold as is as found are not returnable. Items are not sold on approval and if you are unsure about anything please do not bid without asking questions. Items returned must be done so with insurance and delivery confirmation because if a returned item arrives damaged or does not arrive we are not responsible if you did not insure it or provide tracking. Any problems regarding damage or returns must be brought to our attention within 3 days of you receiving an item. Handling and packing supplies and shipping fees are not refundable.
