Beautiful and rare antique Davenport Imari pattern lidded dish. It has a fish handle so I would say this is probably a sardine dish or for pate or similar. Stamped on the bottom with a rust coloured crown which I believe is the Davenport mark and also a number and an impressed mark that looks like the work "ivory". Measures 9.5 x 7.5 inches and stands approx 3.5 inches tall. In very nice condition no cracks or chips that I can detect just some age related crazing and some slight wear to the gilt.
