Antique Deco Figural Frankart Era Lady Lamp Czech Globe No Reserve For your consideration is a truly amazing Franart era Deco Figural Lamp with a Czech End-of-Day spatter globe. This lamp is a true jewel. The lamp depicts a kneeling lady holding the globe above her head. The design is fabulous, this has to be one of the nicer and better designed deco spatter globe lamps that I have ran across. The lamp is made out of white metal. It has a nice level of detail, the lady is detailed perfectly and is quite beautiful. T are ornate decorations covering the large, majestic piece. I have seen a similar lamp before, but not with a lady - you just have to love it. This piece has a strong 1920's look to it, the peak of the deco era. It does not have a foundry mark or signature on it.The spatter globe had a fantastic swirl to it, the combinations of orange and blue make it beautiful on or off. I love the colors used for this one. The shape of the globe is one of the more sought after shapes of the spatter globes.I can't say enough about this one. It would be a nice rare addition to any collection. Height: 21 InchesWidth: 5 Inches Depth: 6 Inches Condition: The lamp is in very nice condition. The metal has a lovely aged color to it, it still works like a charm. One of the seems on the base has a flaw(pictures) which is very typical for white metal in the 20's. The globe is in lovely condition except for one small chip(pictured) that is not visible at all when the globe is on the lamp.This is a lovely looking piece, really; take a look at the pictures and see what you think.If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
