Please do not be afraid to make a reasonable offer. I want this item sold and it needs a new home! This sofa came from the apartment of a dearly departed elderly woman. Her apartment and all of the furnishings in it were kept in absolutely pristine condition. This piece is in remarkably terrific shape - no stains and no foul odors. This item is in fantastic shape. It is all original -- the fabric, main bench cushion, the 2 throw pillows and even the arm protectors; all original. There are no tares in the fabric anywhere. The only issue is that the fabric is a little faded on the back (most likely from sunlight coming through the window) and the base shows minor ware in a few spots. Its measurements are 75" long, 34" tall and 39" deep This sofa came from the estate of a now dearly departed woman who kept her apartment and everything in it in impeccable order. She did not smoke and had no pets. I pulled several other gorgeous pieces from her estate and each is in tip-top shape. All other items are also mid century and include: a decorated Chippendale sofa, mahogany curio cabinet / hutch, mahogany bedroom chair (all original cushion fabric), 5 lamps, mahogany entry table and several more items.
