antique deeply carved Mother-of-Pearl Dip Pen delicious gorgeous elegantFresh estate find.Elegantly understated, as many fine antiques are. Deeply spiral-carved handle of a single piece of gorgeous iridescent mother-of-pearl. Followed by a gold colored textured band and fitted holder, marked only with a "3" (untested, my best guess is gold filled). Tip is marked "Edw [illegible] ....New York". The nib halves tend to want to 'cross' each other and the overall impression (of the nib) is simply "well used". Total length is about 6-1/4", or about 5-1/2" without the nib. Unusually impressive fine elegant Victorian / Edwardian writing instrument.Shipped boxed, of course.USA Bidders --Immediate payment, please , and that assures that your package will be promptly on its way.
