This Delft Creamer in the shape of a sitting Dairy Cow is embossed on the back side. I cannot make out if it says Germany 1891 or Germany 1391. There are some dealers out there claiming both interpretations. I have dated the item to the late 1800s because it fits with my family history and because said dealers are making the same claim.
FYI, these dealers are asking over $200. Yes - I think they're crazy, but to see for yourself, Google Image search "delft creamer cow" and you'll find them.
Size: 7.25" nose to tail, 3.5" high to the tip of the horns.
Condition: excellent with no chips or cracks. There is a little left over glue on the back hind leg from an appraisal tag, but I'm sure it can be cleaned off.
Shipping estimate does not include shipment outside the continental U.S. nor insurance. Of course, I will adjust the final invoice to reflect your zip code and shipping preferences.
