Offered for auction is an adorable Derby Silver Co. heavy Quadruple Plate sterling silver friendly little pug dog and cache pot figural toothpick or matchstick holder. It could also be used as a tiny vase, a trinket dish or a place for your favorite rings. Quite a versatile little knick knack. Please note, the pictures just don't do this canine cutie justice. So much nicer in person. He has some patina, the color is all silvertone, my camera gave a gold tone in some of the photos however t is no gold..... everything is ALL silver in color, silver quadruple plate with natural patina. Much nicer than the photos! This muscular little dog with his turned up nose and curly tail just steals the show with his big brown glass eye and friendly "shake my hand" paw! This darling piece is in very good vintage condition with no damage, nothing broken. Minor wear to the silver. It measures about 3 1/2" across by about 2 1/2". Don't miss adding the adorable Victorian Cutie to your collection. I am also listing a fine Derby Silver Pug dog two compartment humidor.
